• New clients of Virtual Stadium will be eligible for a 90 day free trial of the product
o A 30 day integration window will be granted before the 90 day free trial begins to allow clients to integrate Virtual Stadium into their sportsbook.
o The 30 day integration window of the trial period starts when the Sportradar Integration team enables the trial in licensing store.
• The client will be informed of the start of the trial by Sportardar representative.
o If the integration is completed before the 30 day integration window is completed and the product is ready to go live, the 90 day free trial will commence at that point.
• Any use of Virtual Stadium is subject to clients signing a short term agreement
• If it is decided after the trial period that the product is not wanted, Sportradar reserve the right to turn the Virtual Stadium product off and remove all access
• The trial is ‘opt-in’ so you will need to advise your Sportradar contact that you would like to continue with the product
o If we do not hear from you by the end of the trial, Sportradar will take this as indication that the product is not wanted and it will be turned off and all access removed.
