Our International Graduate Programme develops high-potential early-career talent with the ambition and potential to become future business leaders. It is designed for people who enjoy translating user needs, market insights and data into valuable product and business solutions.
Over 12 months, you will complete two months of shared onboarding and foundations, followed by two five-month rotations across key business units spanning sports betting, sports media and marketing, fan engagement, iGaming and internal products. The programme will give you a broad understanding of Sportradar’s portfolio and operating model while building practical product management capability.
You will work with product managers, designers, engineers, analysts and commercial colleagues on meaningful business initiatives. Depending on your placement, your work may include product discovery, market and user research, roadmap or backlog support, performance analysis, requirements definition, client feedback synthesis, prototypes and product demonstrations.
Mentoring from experienced leaders, regular feedback and access to senior stakeholders will support your development. Vienna is the programme’s home base. Temporary work at another Sportradar office and international travel may form part of the experience, subject to business needs, budget, policy and work-authorisation requirements.
Your tailored learning plan will cover product management, commercial and client understanding, data and technology, responsible AI, stakeholder influence and leadership. By the end of the programme, you will be equipped to move into a permanent role aligned with your strengths and business needs.
Have, or will have by the programme start, a master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Product Management or a related field.
