Apostemos aimed to innovate their player retention strategies. They required a solution to identify players at risk of decreased engagement before they churned, enabling personalized retention campaigns at scale.

The Solution

By integrating Sportradar's VAIX CRM and Retention Marketing Services, Apostemos harnessed sophisticated AI models to precisely predict player behavior and automate personalized retention campaigns. This solution enabled Apostemos to proactively identify players likely to churn and engage them with targeted bonus offers at the right moment.

The Results

Following an intensive evaluation period, the VAIX-driven retention strategy proved remarkably effective. Among VIP players, the share of active players surged from 25% to 52%, with sales figures tripling over this period. The response from regular players was even more significant: 85% of targeted players re-engaged after the second personalized email campaign and a follow-up phone call, with sales figures in this segment nearly quadrupling by the end of the test period.
