Sportradar’s International Graduate Program is designed to develop the next generation of sales leaders who are passionate about building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and turning market insights into impactful commercial strategies.
Over 12 months, you’ll rotate across key teams, gaining end-to-end experience in the sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to deal execution and account management.
Working with cross-functional teams including sales leaders, account managers, client success and sales development representatives, you’ll learn how to deliver value-driven solutions, navigate complex client environments, and drive revenue growth in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
You will benefit from hands-on mentorship from experienced Sales Leaders while sharing in ownership of real opportunities, contributing to live deals, and building your commercial acumen. You’ll also have direct exposure to senior leadership across the organization.
The program offers international travel opportunities, giving you the opportunity to gain global exposure and work with diverse teams. You’ll be immersed in a high-performance sales environment, leveraging data, insights, and innovative tools to support client success.
Throughout your journey, you’ll follow a personalized development plan focused on key areas such as sales strategy, negotiation, client relationship management, and business development. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be equipped to make an immediate impact and drive meaningful business results from day one. Top performers may be evaluated for potential full-time placement.
Have (or anticipated graduation by May 2026) an accredited degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
Are passionate about the intersection of sports and data and possess a strong interest in sales and customer-facing roles.
Think both strategically and analytically, and love solving client problems creatively.
Enjoy working across cultures, disciplines, and borders, and are excited by a dynamic and global environment.
Communicate clearly, listen well, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Prior experience working with a CRM platform.
Taken part in an internship or have previous sales experience.
Knowledge of sports, gaming, or betting.
