Sportradar’s Premium Cricket Service is the best and most reliable service in the market that unlocks the full betting potential of the world’s second most popular sport – followed by over 2 billion people! The Premium Cricket team within Sportradar has been growing its teams across Global locations for the past 7 years and are now looking for Support Analysts to further develop this market leading service.

As a Premium Cricket Team member, you'll be part of a dedicated team delivering the most precise cricket support and analysis to internal stakeholders and clients worldwide. Our initial cricket specialists have successfully joined, and we're excited to expand our team in Tallinn!

THE CHALLENGE:

• Apply your expert cricket knowledge to make strategic predictions for trading cricket events in both pre-match and live environments
• Deliver exceptional, high-quality client support while enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships
• Leverage strong mathematical skills to optimize existing models and develop innovative new approaches
• Gather, research, and analyze comprehensive cricket statistics
• Create and maintain precise team and player performance ratings
• Deliver professional, accurate responses to client inquiries
• Conduct thorough betting data analysis
• Partner with technical teams to identify, report, and resolve system issues

YOUR PROFILE:

• Passionate cricket enthusiast with comprehensive knowledge of the sport
• Strong numerical aptitude with advanced mathematics skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Capability to perform effectively under pressure in fast-paced trading environments
• Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends
• Genuine interest in sports betting markets and industry trends
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
