Sportradar Integrity Services is part of the Sportradar Group and the world’s leading supplier of sports integrity solutions. Protecting sport from integrity risks and corruption focuses on three key principles: Prevention, Detection and Action.Our technology-driven and intelligence-led services assist 220+ global partners in the fight to protect the integrity of sport 24/7/365. They are underpinned by a global team of betting integrity experts, specialist investigators, intelligence analysts, educators, industry specialists and developers, who have helped protect and support some of the world’s most prominent sports governing bodies, leagues and law enforcement agencies. We apply our three principles in four areas: Anti-Match-Fixing; Compliance, Risk & Governance; Anti-Doping; and Safe Sport, formulating the most advanced sports integrity solutions portfolio in the world.

The Backend Developer will support the modernization of existing solutions and the development of new ones. This work will enhance the experience of our internal users in performing their tasks and provide external clients with access to integrity-related data.

ABOUT YOU:
You are a developer who enjoys challenging assignments, both maintaining legacy as well as creating new functionality. Knowing sports and betting is an advantage, but not required, as we will provide you with good guidance and mentoring. You are also a team member, that is eager to collaborate with other developers, DevOps, and internal users. But most of all, having an enjoyable time working on unique products.

Required

• Master's or bachelor's degree in software development (or relevant experience).
• 1-4 years of professional experience with the Java ecosystem of a similar programming language.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud, containers, and messaging technologies is considered a plus.
• Focus on writing maintainable and well-tested code.
• Being supportive of your colleagues and helping them when needed.
• Effective communication skills must be fluent in English.
