After the termination of the employment relationship, we will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to comply with legal obligations under the applicable laws and regulations and for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
7.2. In case you are an unsuccessful candidate, we keep your personal data on file for twelve months after the date on which your application was reviewed and rejected on our Smartrecruiters career website for the purposes mentioned in the section 4.1.
