The road to glory

This year’s excitement kicks off on June 14th with hosts Germany taking on a rejuvenated Scotland side, and culminating a month later with the final at the iconic Olympiastadion in Berlin. A fierce competition awaits, featuring 24 teams from across Europe. Pre-tournament favorites England will be determined to surpass their second-place finish in 2021.
Other teams with a shot at glory include France; who will be looking to bring home their first trophy since their 2021 Nations League victory; and 2016 champions, Portugal, who will look to continue their perfect record from qualifying.
This year’s Copa América takes place between June 20th to July 14th. Matches will be hosted at 14 stadiums across the United States, with the tournament’s climax at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. Six CONCACAF teams, including Mexico and the hosts, will join the 10 CONMEBOL teams in the tournament. Reigning champions and recent World Cup victors, Argentina, enter as favorites, whilst Brazil will be seeking redemption after their final defeat the last time around.
