Sportradar ad:s Challenge (the “Challenge”) – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms“) govern your participation in the Sportradar ad:s Challenge draw for winning one of the selected prizes (hereinafter, the “Draw”) hosted by Sportradar AG, headquartered at Feldlistrasse 2, CH-9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland, VAT identification number CHE-113.910.142 MWST (hereinafter, the “Organizer“). Participation in this event is only possible under the conditions listed herein. By participating, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these participation terms.
1. Draw description
Any natural person fulfilling the conditions herein (the “Participant” or “you”, “your”) and who completes the Sportradar survey available at https://sportradar.com/ads-challenge/, will automatically be included in the Draw for winning two tickets to either NBA, NHL or an MLB game of your choice, both tickets for the same game, subject to availability, or alternatively, if the winner is not available for the physical competition participation, a sports watch as made available by the Organizer (hereinafter, the “Prize”).
2. Participation Dates
You may submit your Survey responses only between November 23rd 2023, at 00:00 CET and December 22nd 2023, at 23:59 CET ; all entries sent before and after this time will not be accepted for the purpose of the Draw.
3. Conditions for participation
3.1 Each Participant must be employed by a client of Sportradar, using the ad:s services at the time of form submission.
3.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the Draw.
3.2 Employees of the Organizer or its group or relatives of such employees are not eligible to participate.
3.3 Only one application is allowed per Participant. Participating on behalf of another is explicitly excluded.
3.4 Participants must be residents of a jurisdiction where online Draws are legal. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they meet the legal requirements of their jurisdiction.
4. Prize
4.1 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with equivalent alternative prizes.
4.3 The Winner may be responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the Prize.
4.4 Organizer selection of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands or organizations.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Each participant will submit its answers in the Challenge as made available by the Organizer.
5.2 Organizer will review and validate the answers, excluding any inadequate or incomplete answers.
5.3 One Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on January 5th, 2024.
5.4 The selection will be made by using the random number generator available at www.randomdraws.com platform to choose random winners. The platform will generate a Certificate of Validity.
5.5 The Winner will be directly contacted by Organizer, via the contact information provided during entry. If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 10 days from selection time, an alternate winner may be selected through the same method, by Organizer.5.6 The Winner will explicitly name either the NHL, NBA or MLB as the designated sports competition, ,; the two tickets to the game, at a specific time and location are subject to written confirmation and approval by Organizer. Alternatively, the Winner may select the sports watch as made available by the Organizer.
5.7 The Organizer may withdraw participation and/ or disqualify Participants that violate the Terms herein.
6. Privacy
The Organizer will collect and use personal information provided by participants in accordance with its Privacy Notice provided to you as part of the registration form.
7. Cancelation or Rescheduling
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Draw for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient entries or technical issues or for providing incomplete, inaccurate, or false information during the registration process.
7.2 It is noted that the exclusion from the contest as per Section 7.1 may be declared and implemented by the Organizer at any time. If a Participant’s exclusion is due to their actions, their prize may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.
8. Liability
8.1 The Organizer, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages resulting from errors, delays, interruptions, technical system malfunctions, or service disruptions, incorrect content, data loss or deletion, viruses, or any other issues related to participation in the contest (especially through registration via the registration form).
8.2 By participating, you release the Organizer from any liability, loss, injury, or damage that may arise from your participation in the Draw or acceptance of the Prize.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
If individual provisions of these participation terms are ineffective or if there is a regulatory gap, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Organizer’s website, and participants are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
10.2 Supplementary agreements and side agreements regarding these participation terms require written form for their effectiveness.
