The challenge

Bilyoner aimed to enhance its customer experience by delivering personalized content aligned with individual preferences. The objective was to sustain user interest and improve overall platform engagement.

The solution

By integrating Sportradar’s VAIX technology, Bilyoner utilized advanced AI to personalize the betting experience for its users. This allowed for dynamic content delivery based on unique user behaviors and preferences.

The results

The results from an A/B test in September and October 2024 demonstrated the effectiveness of Sportradar’s VAIX technology in engaging users on Bilyoner’s platform. Users exposed to personalized content showed a remarkable 20.5% increase in average clicks, revealing a strong interest in the tailored offerings.

The average number of bets placed rose by impressive 18.0%, highlighting a significant enhancement in user participation. Furthermore, there was a 14.9% increase in the total amount wagered by the test group, indicating deeper engagement with the betting platform. Users also displayed a broadened interest, clicking on 15.2% more different leagues than the control group and placing bets on games from 15.5% more leagues on average.
