THE TEAM:
To strengthen our experienced team, we’re looking for End User Support Engineer to join our Ljubljana office. You’ll be the go-to person for all local IT needs, while collaborating closely with our international IT teams. THE CHALLENGE:
Provide 1st and 2nd level support to local and remote users (hardware, software, connectivity)
Own daily IT operations: laptop setup, software installation, user access provisioning, and permission management
Manage end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding: hardware setup, user account creation/deactivation, access rights and documentation
Handle IT equipment procurement, asset tracking, and ensure inventory accuracy
Be a reliable and friendly IT presence in the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Build strong relationships with local office management
Provide VIP IT support for executives and visitors from other offices
Collaborate with global IT teams to support enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD (Entra ID), and endpoint protection solutions
Create and maintain clear and concise internal IT documentation
Contribute actively to service improvement initiatives and internal knowledge sharing
ABOUT YOU:
Proven experience as an End User Support, Desktop Support Technician, or similar role
Troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux and common business applications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online
Familiarity with Jamf or other MDM tools for managing Apple devices is a strong plus
Knowledge of ITSM/ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
Excellent communication and customer service skills – professional, clear, and user-friendly
Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of local IT responsibilities
Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting remote colleagues
Fluent in English; Slovenian is a strong plus
