THE ROLE:
In this exciting role, you will be helping our clients optimize and elevate their programmatic advertising campaigns. Moreover, you will have the unique opportunity to expand your expertise with our proprietary Demand Side Platform (DSP), gaining valuable experience and learning new skills with cutting-edge technology. The team is primarily based in Vienna and consists of a diverse group of international experts with different background and expertise, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

THE CHALLENGE:
YOUR PROFILE:
4+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic trading on the demand side – DSP experience is essential, regardless of the tech stack.
Experience in client-facing positions, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Expertise in programmatic campaign strategy and conversion optimization, with a deep understanding of programmatic trading fundamentals.
Strong knowledge of Supply Management, ad tracking technologies, ad servers, and conversion tracking.
An analytical mindset with the ability to rationalize and explain decisions using data and evidence-based strategies.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); German is a plus.
Experience in an agency or consultative environment or in iGaming industry will be considered an advantage.
