Sportradar nominated for Best Customer Services award

Sportradar has been nominated for the Best Customer Services prize at The EGR B2B Awards 2018 while Betradar has also been nominated in four categories.

The EGR B2B Awards recognise the achievements of suppliers from across all the major EGaming disciplines including betting and gaming software, networks, mobile, payments, recruitment, IT and infrastructure, with Sportradar and Betradar in the running across five categories altogether.

While Sportradar’s Customer Care department has been recognised for its work over the past 12 months, Betradar is a nominee in the Live Streaming Supplier, Sports Betting Supplier, Sports Data Provider and Virtual Sports Supplier categories.

Sportradar offers a 24/7, multilingual customer care service to a range of global clients as an important part of its services and products, with six customer care hubs located globally.

“We are delighted and thrilled to have been nominated for this award and it’s a real sign of the work the Customer Care teams have done, over the past year especially,” said Sportradar’s Director of Customer Care, Daniel Rossman.

The winners will be announced at the Hurlingham Club, London, on Wednesday, June 20th.
